Here are some important to-dos for getting started with your USANA supplements. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns or would like additional information.

1. Acknowledge yourself.

Acknowledge yourself for making the choice to improve your nutrition. Health happens one choice at a time. You can expect improvements in your health with your choice of USANA. 

Thanks for your confidence in me and choosing USANA. I recommend these products because I can attest to their value for me personally and have seen many health "success stories" in those with whom I have shared them. I have confidence you'll be happy with your choice.


2. Follow the regimen.

For optimal benefit from your USANA supplements, make sure you take the complete dosages every day with meals AM and PM. Pay particular attention to CellSentials, which require taking 2 Core Minerals and 2 VitaAntioxidants AM and 2 of each PM - a total of 8 per day. If you have the HealthPak or MyHealthPak, take one packet AM and one packet PM. Always take your supplements with food.


3. Observe your body.

As you begin taking the supplements, observe how your body responds. When you feel a difference that's important for you, please share it with me. Just as importantly, if you have a concern, share that with me too. Everyone is different and will have a different experience depending on the state of one's health.

Common effects include more energy and more trips to the bathroom (your body is detoxing more efficiently). Occasionally, people may have an initial discomfort of some kind and might think the supplements aren't good for them. These supplements are high quality and for many (even the healthiest people), it's the first time their bodies (or cells) are getting this quality and potency of nutrients. 4. Complete the MSQ. 

I encourage you to complete the Medical Symptoms Questionnaire now and put this away somewhere. This is a simple checklist for you to note what you’re experiencing physically. It takes 3 to 4 months for all the cells in your body to revitalize and regenerate; so at that time, pull out your MSQ and compare.

Take note of things like current patterns in energy, sleep, appetite, aches and pains, digestion, colds and allergies, headaches, mobility or anything else you feel. These are areas where change happens gradually and often is better recognized when comparing before and after notes.
